Real Estate Pricing

Unlike many real estate photographers, my pricing is not based on or limited by the number of photographs. My prices are based on the square footage of the property. I will provide the number of photographs that will accurately represent the property. For smaller properties, that number may be in the 7 to 10 image range. Larger properties will most likely have a larger number of images. Interior and exterior photographs will be taken as will photographs of community amenities such as pools, tennis courts, and playgrounds if they are accessible. A virtual tour slide show of the photographs is included with the photographs. Some of the added features of the virtual tour are as follows:

• Small to Medium Residence (up to 3000 sq. ft.) - $200
•  Large Residence (3001 – 4000 sq. ft.) - $250
• Large Residence (4001 – 5000 sq. ft.) - $300
• Homes larger that 5000 sq. ft. - Call for Quote
• The virtual tour will be posted to Realtor.com® after the listing is made active in the MLS and if the agent supplies the MLS number.
• A printable property flyer with photographs, property description and agent contact information that can be modified by the agent.
• Downloadable images of the property in both high resolution and reduced resolution versions.
• Weekly statistics that show the number of visitors, the number of unique visitors, and which images have been viewed are emailed weekly to the agent.
• The ability for the agent to modify the order in which the images will be shown.
• The ability for the agent to rename the images in the tour and to add a description to each image.
• The ability for the agent to select or change the music to be played while the tour is viewed.
• Both branded and unbranded virtual tour links so the tour can be uploaded to the MLS where branding is not allowed. Branded tours can be used for personal web sites, social media, etc.
• HD videos of the virtual tour which can be uploaded to YouTube and burned onto a DVD and played in any DVD player.
• QR codes for the tour links.
• The ability to quickly and easily share tour links with various social media sites.
• There are links on each tour to show a map, area schools, and download the tour so it can be viewed when off line.
• All photographs will be delivered as high resolution files suitable for print advertising, as well as reduced sized files ready to be uploaded into the MLS.
• All photographs will be delivered electronically through email.
• All photography includes appropriate post processing including cropping.
• For Twilight photography, please add $150 to the basic fee.
• A travel allowance may be charged for photography outside of the Santa Clarita Valley.
• Credit card payments are accepted through PayPal.
